HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

Lately, I have been working 2 jobs... (Paraprofessional & Program Assistant) all with kids from K-8th grade.

On top of working two jobs, I have lots of mini-projects and important business ventures, I have set up to strengthen my foundation as a :

• Creative Director/Manager
• Songwriter
• PR consultant
• Performer
• Videographer 
• Photographer

I have realized, that waiting on someone else to make your dreams come true is not the right direction, 

at least not for me.

I would like to quote a GREAT Duo, 

Mary Mary, who Proclaims... "Go Get, Go Get, Go Get- Go Get Your Blessings!"

I am a big believer of Self-Encouragement. 

As a child, Competition was & is like Breathing.. Its Second nature.

I just knew that there was no challenge I truly feared besides heights.

I have been traveling down a road that I call success and I noticed that this road is not a easy road, but I refuse to  take a detour. I have invited lots of my family and friends to join me. Together we get together and support one another 100%.

 I have truly learned through this process, its not WHAT-YOU-KNOW, but its WHO-YOU-KNOW!

That Facebook account that most of us have, holds a vasts NETWORK of people we have encountered someway, somehow through life.

 I have reconnected with lots of high school and college friends to chase after my dreams. 

I WILL SOON BE ONTO THE NEXT GOALS that come with a 6+ digit salary in my account. I feel it.

         Recently, I have managed several photoshoots, where 3 of my sisters from high school have all been helping and supporting me. Its truly a blessing to be around people, just like you, going through similar experiences. Sharing and connecting with them 7 years after high school is inspiring on so many levels because we all are far from complacency. They all have children and are all the same age... If they can do it... So can you!

1. Karisma has 3 kids (2 girls and a new baby boy),with her Fiancee', has a job, Bachelors and on the side pursues one of her passions which is doing Make-up
2. April has 2 boys and a amazing husband, who has produced her entire Album and currently is pursuing one of her many Passions as a rising Gospel artists. See Blog Post "Snow-In, But Still Working"
3. Tiff, has one daughter, a bachelors and loves her career as social worker with families.
   

These 3 LADIES/MOTHERS/PHENOMENAL WOMEN are quite inspiring as many of my classmates from high school. Growing up in East Orange, NJ wasn't a walk in the park at all... But I have noticed and appreciate the MANY Great Entrepreneurs and Business leaders on each of the social networks. And I have to say they are all quite inspiring. Makes me proud to be from Jersey and the first-Born to the most PHENOMENAL Woman in My life, My MOM!!! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO THEM ALL and ALL of the MOMS that READ MY BLOG!

Sheesh... I have been M.I.A!!!!

Well.... I graduated and I am have a bachelors in Journalism & Media Studies with a Minor in Africana Studies.

Yay, I guess... Honestly I need a Masters for the simple fact I have ran into a lot of dumb ass Bachelor Holders.... I know... I seem rude as hell, but I like my efforts to be worth something... If Bachelor Degrees have gone down in value... Well I rather be

striving for the next best thing...

So let's fast-forward into my life.... I have 3 jobs with which I am in love with all of my positions and the Guap (YES MONEY) I am making... My pockets are at the buffet; F*&# Cheesecakes Nicki.. LOL!

I am grateful for the opportunities that have been presented to me.

I intend to get my Youtube page FINALLY poppin' now.

Short-Term goals:

1. Permit

2. Driving lessons

3. Driving tests

4. License

5. Reward myself with a mac and final cut pro!

6. Create my music catalog online

I hope that I can get majority of these completed by the end of May!

My dream check is $9000

And I intend on working with a major celeb or joining a major writing group.

P.S. I have given up singing until I am have dedicated 6 months to my vocal coach!

Back to School!

Well Let's just say I had a BLASTS!

I was having too much fun!

Every nite chilling with the HOMIES!

But Right now I am doing my Laundry and Chillaxin' to the MAX!

This Semester is going to be Full of new Students, new drama, New classes, New SHIT altogether!

I am actually not looking forward to it, but... DO I HAVE A CHOICE?

NOPE!
I will Do my best to keep you all posted...

Also For this year I want to incorporate more PHOTOGRAPHY in my blogs... So Let's see how that GOES!
